I love this lady Carla Hall. If your not aware of who she is. She was a recent winner on Top Chef. Her style of cooking, her demeanor, she's good. She stuck it out and made it with her southern style cooking against some pretty tall odds. This clip is about 4 minutes. I hope you enjoy.
