Passover
Hello and Greetings. You may or may not know about the terrible storm that hit in Suffolk, Va., and Hertford County North Carolina. Well I called Aunt Josie, and she gave me this quote "We've been passed over once again." So she's doing fine, she said there wasn't even any high wind there in Chesapeake. I also talked to Aunt Ethel who pretty much said the same thing in Ahoskie. So until next time take care.

There were a few members of congregation who live in Suffolk but they came out ok. Nevertheless, keep those families in your prayers. Many have lost homes and businesses. I don't know anyone who has been directly affected but I know people who know someone who has been severely touched by this crisis. We will take up special sacrificial offerings this Sunday (5/4/08) for the victims.
